The Red Wagon Society was created to honor individuals who support Alliance For Children. Alliance For Children began serving children in 1992 with the vision of changing the way our community protects children from child abuse, an issue facing many children in Tarrant County. This vision became a mission created through the wisdom and foresight of several key community leaders to facilitate timely and effective child abuse investigations, provide healing services to help children recover and to educate children and adults on how to prevent abuse from ever occurring. Just as the image of a red wagon from our childhood memories brings us smiles, it also symbolizes the innocent ability of children to imagine, discover and wonder.
